Time can be an important factor in a family law case, in more ways than I can summarise here. By way of one example only, in custody cases, status quo is of vital importance and may impact on your case, either for you or against you. It may, therefore, be vitally imprortant that you react to a situation promptly and without delay. There is also the matter of various limitation periods which may apply to your case. It is in your interests to address these matters with a lawyer, so that your rights are not prejudiced.
